2 Part Dosing- How much do you dose per day?

I was wondering how many ml's of 2 part you guys and gals are dosing daily? Using only Kalk in my top off no longer keeps up with the demand. So I'd like to hook up my doser I've had sitting for sometime.

So for comparison purposes:

1. How many ml of Alk & Cal do you dose over a 24 hour period?

2. How many ml of Mag? Weekly?

3. Total Water Volume?

4. Small, Medium, or Heavily Stocked with Coral? What type?

5. Are you using Kalk as well? If so, how much per gallon of RODI?

6. What doser are you using? Or are you manually dosing?

2. How many ml of Mag? Weekly? half gallon twice a month

3. Total Water Volume? 130 + - 15 gallon

4. Small, Medium, or Heavily Stocked with Coral? What type? heavy stock sps

5. Are you using Kalk as well? If so, how much per gallon of RODI? 1 gallon with topoff

6. What doser are you using? Or are you manually dosing? litermeter 3

185ml of mixed soda ash, 200 ml calcium chloride the 2.5 cup recipe or larger amount recipe.

20 ml magnesium.

2 tsp Kalk Per. Galln Of rodi

207 total gallons of water.

Bubble magus I cut up the doses into 12. I also use a powerhead to mix the crap once it hits the sump.



Tank is heavy in coral right now.

I would suggest for you to measure the actual usage of your tank in one whole week and divide that in 7 day, only you can calculate your tank's actual consumption IMO.

2. How many ml of Mag? Weekly? 45ml daily

3. Total Water Volume? 100 gallon

4. Small, Medium, or Heavily Stocked with Coral? What type? Lightly stocked SPS(2 5"+ caps and a setosa) and a 4" clam. Heavy zoo population...

5. Are you using Kalk as well? If so, how much per gallon of RODI? 10tsp per 20 gallons topoff

6. What doser are you using? Or are you manually dosing? manually

I agree with you coral diver maybe more out of curiosity is all. I think it could be helpful though as far as wrapping your head around the topic so to speak.

5. Are you using Kalk as well? If so, how much per gallon of RODI? Not necessary to dose this.

6. What doser are you using? Or are you manually dosing? Bubble Magnus 7 dosing pumps. Cal (200ml), Alk (200ml), Mag (10ml), Microbacter7 (3ML), Amino Acid (2ml), Vodka (5ml), Strotium (2ml) per days.

I Used To Dose 30ml Of Aqua C Complete Every Other Day Or So. Alk And Cal. Seemed To Work Well. I'm On To Kalk Now. I Just Dont Know How Much I Should Be Dosing With My System....200gal Med Coral Load..
