Bad *** Cy. You should get a Fluval SP6 for your setup if you like the laguna... same pump different ceramic inards that should last longer.

I was looking at that fluval pump but i didnt not read any real detailed reviews on it.... Ill prob get one though eventually or switch it out and keep the laguna as a backup

Its going to be nice and super quiet! I though Juans old remote sump was amazing, his tank was almost silent. Im still watching the days closely to see if my pipes will freeze under the crawl space....

Ouch :(

But now I can afford the electricity and water.....
Speaking of that maybe you could wrap the pipes with that heating wire. We would use that on jobs in the mountains on irrigation lines sometimes. It just keeps things from freezing

I saw that in the local stores, looks like mainly for copper pipe though, I would be worried about it melting the PVC- I will look into a PVC specific one (i really only have about 2 weeks left until the temps get below 40 daily.
Glad to see you still posting here Cy! Looks like an awesome build.
You can take my tank out of state but my reefing roots will always be in SCR! I actually got a couple SCR stickers in the mail from mike on the way, I will be putting them up on my Skimmer & Sump!

Looking good Cylix. Did you get you skimmer yet?
I picked up Lawrences Reeflo Orca 250! It actually just came in yesterday- it is beastly, I need to mod it for Ozone so I dont corrode all the seals on the pump. I was also looking for the upgraded impeller wheel that was released a few years ago but it looks like they dont exist anymore.

How do you like the motor so far? I know they didnt keep the same design for the 2015 wrx (non STI). I heard it can even run on 87 instead of 91
I am not sure about running the 87 but as for the motor, i love it. It is not as aggressive sound the unequal headers make but the car runs strong. When i head to duarte one of these days you can drive it if you would like...

Btw can you post a picture of how you set up your led/retro lights when you are finished because i am about to do that on my tank!
The build looks great!
