24 gallon complete nano cube worth?

I have a 24 gallon nano I'm thinking of selling..

20-30 lbs of live rock

attached surface skimmer
and tons of coral

coral:

several bbeb zoas
miami hurricane chalice
rainbow acans and other can
neon green toadstool
space invader
pink setosa
pink boobies
mummy eye
sunset monti
reverse sunset monti
purpl haze monti
green bubble coral



how much do you think the whole lot is worth??

am i better off selling all the coral first or selling it all in one

Most of the time the livestock gets bought first then youre stuck with the equipment..
