i went a couple weeks ago looking for a certain rose bush.. but, picked up a bunch of fuschia's for my neighbor... he wanted to make hanging baskets and stuffs... i'm going back in about two weeks... i need filler plants for my yard... like geraniums and elephant ear stuffs... LOL...


edit: the one i saw was probably the same one you saw... like dark burgundy blooms... glossy flowers...

Yea could be. If you see any nice hybrids shoot me a pic. Still need two

Did a bit more research and talked with local breeders and they are doing them in freshwater locally (not brackish) and also in outdoor ponds so we are all good. Also found a blue locally and am trying to talk him into selling it, also he may have hatchlings this season and may pick up a couple. Here's his pics of the one he has now that I am working on getting:
