48" t5 bulb

Any color just seeing if anyone has an older bulb laying around as mine suddenly not staying lit and white bulb looks to have a hot/bright part when they do flicker on.
Wanna trouble shoot my setup before purchasing anything

I have several you can have. They've got about 8-12 months on them. I'm in West Garden Grove, 92845

2 would be ideal. Retro setup worked flawlessly bulbs about 8 months old and suddenly flicker won't stay lit. Just wanna confirm it's a bulb issuie as I believe rather than ballast
