Huge tank! Awesome. You sure that size sump will be enough? Mine is a little bigger than 80 and barely big enough to hold when power is off. I guess it depends how you design the sump

Congrats that sump going to be small
Hmmm based on my calculation it should be enough room to hold excess water. I will have a check valve in the return lines so in case if power failure if the check valve works like it supposed to... there should be no water coming back to the sump ( I pray that it works:)
The only excess water coming back to the sump is the top 1 inch or so from the tank thru the overflow. Taking into account the thickness of the 3/4 in acrylic I should only have roughly 15 gal of water coming back down from the tank. Plus another 4-5 gallons or so from the drain pipe and the overflow box.

What are your thinking in terms of fish?!? Butterfly and Angel tank... with a small school of porkfish or blueline snapper. That's what I would do
Here's my list so far
1) Clown trigger
2) small school of Moorish Idol
3) Emperator angel
4) lion fish
5) Blue spot stingray
6) princess parrotfish

I hope your calculation is right. You also need to consider the amount of water going back up to the DT. I didn't want to risk anything so I got a custom 166g sump from AA.

Eric why not get rid of the mid wall so you could utilize the space below for a sump? If this is anything like your reefs / pond its gonna be sweet!

Okay got a little of time off today so I got the staining done. Moulding will be done after tank is delivered tomorrow. I use 1/2" R-tech foam insulation sheet as underlayment
