I'm actually going to defer to you, but we can certainly pull one tab (or all tabs).

So.... what do you think about something like this. You would use a screw a nut to tighten it to whatever angle you want. There would be 2 sets of them.

Nylon screws through either side to set angle? Very slick!

Do you happen to have any long nylon screws that would work for this? I don't think I have any long/thin ones but I can check. I just want to make sure I make the hole big enough and that the length is right for whichever screw you use.

No I don't have any on hand, but I should be able to locate some online.

Here is the final version (i think). This gif shows how it moves and at the end where the mounting holes are. Let me know if you want this and I can start printing it.

That is sick. That looks perfect and appears to work even better than I had hoped or planned. How much do I owe you?

Let me print it out first and make sure it works right, the fit has to be kind of tight so that the screw/nut will hold it together without slipping.

Have you 3D-printed anything for your tank?

Reef keeping is life!
Yes. I 3d printed a skimmer lid, hose brackets, some feeder things, cages that go around my drains so fish cant get sucked in.

Here's the demo I printed for your thing. It works great! It's a tight fit but it moves freely and then when you tighten up the bolt it is stuck in place! I'm printed the full size now. I am printing the part that holds the tablet in black so it'll blend in. I only have a little bit of black left so I didnt want to waste it on the test parts.
