First of all want to say store is very clean but too crowded in thier sales room. Second the two guys that were working there didint even acknowledge me till like 5 to 10 minutes later after I walked in, and one of them sad to say a manager of the store very bad customer service skills. And I was the only one in the store, It seems like thier to busy working than to help you out or even ask may I help you, The dog greeted me as I walked in. The dog needs a promotion for doing thier job. Give that dog a bone for a good job. Ive been thier before never had this experience prior visits. MAYBE NEW EMPLOYEES OR THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER JOB. CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS STORE CANT STAY OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

Yes I do agree jw is very helpful when hes there. I forgot to add I ask the manager how much for the yellow tang he said just a second went to the book behind the register and said there on sale for 39.99. When the price said 37.99 on the glass. Hmm either he doesint know his math or last time I checked 37.99 was less then 39.99 lol. With those sales prices you wonder why there empty.
U said the store is very clean but too crowded? Further in ur thread u said u we're the only one there. Age is a great store & dudes that work there are chill. The way I see it it's not a dealership were they're going to haggle u into buying fish & coral, if ur interested in a frag piece or fish all u gotta do is ask. I go there all the time n it's always been like that, don't really see a problem. Just saying..
Wow, my experience there has always been stellar. Their sps are some of the nicest anywhere. They have an sps guy, they have an LPS guy. They are always busy doing maintenance. Store is really nice. Everyone is helpful they test your water for free and they really test it. They have live Copepods as well as Rotifers for sale. I think it is top notch. Knowledgable, clean, well stocked and helpful--sounds pretty good to me. Not sure anyone can accurately assess a business by one visit plus it's a pretty big deal to criticize a business. People make their livelihood from this type of business. It's ok to criticize but golly, one visit is just not enough to shout out on the internet
I totally agree with Greaser9999 and watchguy123. Age is a great place and Dan is a great guy to deal with. Would you rather be left alone or have a guy follow you around in the store? For me, I personally like to be left alone until I need to buy something or ask a question. And yes, give a store a chance before you start criticizing them on the internet.

I've been going there for 1 year. At first they used to leave me alone until I asked for help or had a question. Now when I walk in the always stop and ask if I have a question. I take it as them knowing that if I'm there I have something I'm looking for, whereas when I first started going there they didn't want to 'pressure' me.
One time Dan picked up a tang for me. A week later he called me to check on how the tang was doing
