I heard Dan at AoA was thinking about getting one in his shop. If someone local there does, I'm gonna be super jelly of you guys!

I was talking with one of the LFS who was just visited by the Thrive rep and was telling me a little about it. Thrive is in it’s final testing stages and the machine should be out in August. They say that each kiosk will hooked up to a database so that you store your results and compare your results. The kiosk is supposed to test like 14 – 16 elements (I don’t what other elements they test besides the basic reef stuff, Salinity, Ca, Alk, Mg) and the initial thought is that the cost would be less than $5, but that can change I’m sure.

less then 5$ is a deal. but really want to see how accurate it will be since its not only testing your water but 100 others people water too.
