If it's that much I can start my own Apex consulting firm getting people setup using the old way. That amount would be criminal IMO.

U guys who need help with the apex, u guys are lazy. I was all worried like it was gunna be hard....even busted out the vodka. Lol. Took me less then an hour. Really simple actually
