APEX Update NOT WORKING

Hi everyone im having issues with the firmware update i did an update tonight and now it stop working? can anyone point me in the right direction thanks! ( i didn't back up FML)

no luck with that, now i cant log in from my phone and laptop! ( i hate this) i believe i f--d it up!

Hope you get it to work again. Mine went loco not too long ago so had to send it in to Neptune. But before that, did all the steps they recommended so still fresh if you need help.

sure any help is appreciated! i am so worry about my corals! my dosser skimmer pumps, chiller is all being control with this Stup-d APEX, currently is all off

Try a different browser

Had to go old school with mechanical timers when I had problems with mine. PMed you my number

im able to see my PH, Temp etc.. but not my outlets settings

Have you tried unplugging the apex system?

Hope when you updated you didn't do it wireless, meaning both laptop and apex directly connected to the router

Do you have power on the EB8? Does it power off and one by itself? Do the pH and temp readings jump all over the place?

yes and i waited 5 nin. before plugin back in

i do have power , it dosent power on/ off it stays on the ph and temp are stable.

that's exactly what happen! FML.

Ok plug it again directly connect, restart the update but reset the apex using the display

See if you can plug in cable directly and update again.
