This skimmate locker is about 1.5 years old originally bought new. I modified the float switch to be a standard float switch vs. the pressure sensor avast uses - the mod is done cleanly and looks good (it has bear leads for a breakout box but I also have a plug for Reef Octopus Varios controllers which I can solder on if you'd like). The unit has been thoroughly cleaned.
