I don't think my chiller would turn on much I'm running a couple of t5's and a pair of pc lights but I'm gonna hang them about 6" above my tank to cool them off a little

Nice... This might force me to buy another PC4 unit from DA so that I can connect a fan to my RKE. That way if it gets hot the fan will kick on before the chiller and save me some $$$$$.

its not only the light the ambient room temp will make the tank temp goes up.

Yea that's why I baught the chiller cause I put the new one in the kitchen my rooms too small for a cube 90g

yep... unless you live up north somewhere, you're going to need either an AC or a chiller... if the room that the tank is in gets 80F, so is your tank...

I'm gonna ride this one out and wait another couple months before I pull the chiller out. I have one of those Air King fans with the clip that I'll put on a timer during the day.
