So let’s hear it guys, what’s your go-to foods for your fish and your coral, dry food, frozen food, pods whatever you’re using I want to hear about it! Is there a brand or a type of food you have something to say about? Starting to get to know a few of you guys, and I’d like to meet some more of ya! Drop a line!

Variety is the winner here. I compare it to getting kids to try all sorts of food. Though they are fussy and have thier favorite foods, you should always try something different. The things they ate well I kept in slightly larger quantities.
Big advocate of dry foods and auto feeder as time is a constraint for most folks, but always had frozen on hand as a treat or initial startup food or for the finicky.
Dry brands I like:
Hikari
New life
Ocean Nutrition
Frozen:
PE mysis
Hikari
I'm sure their are many other brands that are perfectly sufficient too.

Variety is best, if you can share with some friends, it’s always pretty cost effective and an easy thing to make your own food. Someone has to sacrifice a blender or food processor

For frozen I love LRS reef frenzy, no need to rinse.
Hikari mysis for new arrivals and medicating food. I don't normally feed mysis, I usually use it in QT or to train certain fish to go after pellets ( mix in a few pellets with the mysis).
NLS pellets are my go to in auto feeder, mix of standard marine and algaemaxx.
TDO (hand feed about twice a day)
Cool Green and Cool Mysis flakes are awesome hand packed flakes. Even my anthias will eat these flakes.

Depends on the fish your keeping. You need to feed foods appropriate for them. I give a variety of live, frozen, flakes and pellets. I feed pellets because they work best in an automatic feeder for times and days I am not around.
Two Little Fishes green nori is great for most tangs and other algae eaters. I think plain frozen brine shrimp are one of the worst, because they are over used and do not have much nutritional value.

Days that Im off work i feed them pe frozen mysis
Fish are fat and healthy specially the gem and anthia
I bought them when they were small in size
Tank nitrates around 30 ppm in a 60 gal tank plus 15 gal from sump
Gem Tang
Tomini Tang
Blotched Anthia
Yellow Coris
Red Mandarin Dragonet
Cleaner shrimp
Peppermint shrimp
All fish eat whatever is coming out of the feeder
