Hi everyone,
I have a 28g JBJ Nano and the built-in power heads drive me CRAZY because one or the other seems to always start spitting out micro bubbles into the tank so I have to unplug whichever one is doing it. This happens even when the water level is high. I have two power heads in the tank so is it really necessary to run the built in heads? I'm guessing not running those heads would affect circulation of the overflow...?

The two output pumps on each side of the tank. I think I am answering my own question—they need to be running. They are driving me crazy.

I'm with Hyren. Maybe do a video????? I had jbj tanks before and none of them do that unless the water in take level is low.

if you are referring to the two nozzles from the return pump then your water level in the tank is low. Fill it up slowly. Lower the nozzles down a bit too.

I think he's referring to the return pump, most likely there's a leak on hose causing air bubbles.
You may be right. The guy I got it from has electrical tank around the top of the hose where it connects and that is the one that spits bubbles most. It can't be the water level. I'd overflow if I filled it anymore than it is now

Remove the electrical tape. That electrical tape can leach unwanted chemicals into your tank. Replace the hose and add a clamp or use some silicone
