Chalice Help!

Hey guys my friend was cutting off a receded area off of his Crazy Fox Chalice, and there was a piece with a little flesh on it. I asked if I could have it and he did. I took it home and saw it still had 2 eyes on it. do you guys think its savable? Heres a pic of it.

I would definitely try. If it has any life still in it, it should defi take off if your params are in check

I'm definitely hoping it survives, the crazy fox is one of my favorite Jason fox pieces!

As long as your parameters are good it should have a chance... Keep it in low flow and in a shaded area for now...

Yes! It's savable. I got a chalice with 2 eyes from a buddy and it almost looked like it was melting when I got it. After a few weeks it was healthy and had another eye. So give it some time to do it's thing.

Anything is salvageable. They like being on the sand as long as the lighting is decent in PAR. Usually chalices die from a couple things, 1) it's gets covered in sand 2) alkalinity swings 3) not enough lighting or food
