I had a recent issue with Cyano and used Chemiclean without issues, other than it's a lot of water changes (I skimmed the chemiclean out at the end of the cycle rather than a huge water change but it was a bit of a hassle).
I would suggest trying Coral Snow + MicroBacter7 to out compete the cyano, a lot of people have had great success with eliminating the cyano in about a week. I do it as preventative now.
Here is the NR Thread to make the Coral Snow
http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/364821-diy-kz-coral-snow-with-97-purity/ (I bought the smallest bag possible and have a bunch left over, you're welcome to come take some).
All you do is mix equal parts of the Coral Snow mix with the MicroBacter7, let it sit for a few days (to grow the bolster the bacteria) then dose 3-5ml per day. It looks like you have a larger tank than I do but I dose about 3ml on my 70 gallon.
The Coral Snow in general will help clean up your water too, it'll sparkle like it never has before
I can mix you up 17oz bottle of the coral snow if you'd like as well. The Calcium Carbonate is just taking up space, stuff lasts forever. Feel free to PM me if want some, not sure if you're in San Diego or San Dimas but San Dimas isn't too far from me.
Edit: Just re-read the thread. The MB7 should also help with reducing Phosphate and bringing things into balance. I haven't done enough research to give you the science behind it but from what I understand it's used on ULN systems.
2nd Edit: The MB and Coral Snow mix will probably be less than the amount of Chemiclean you'd need. I had to dose Chemiclean twice before I got rid of mine, there are a lot of resistant strains out there. While I don't regret using it, I wish I had tried this method before I did.
