Ya, you can never completely rid your tank of ich. It is impossible, it is ALWAYS there. You just don't see it if everything is hunky-dory. When a fish gets stressed, it's immune system becomes lowered. The ick parasite recognizes this and attacks the host, hoping to spread. But ick spores are all throughout the rocks and everywhere in your tank.
The best way to control it is good water params and resolving stress issues in the display.

Su try the new life spectrum pellets Thera +... I feed that as a staple... Has lots of vitamins and what not that are good for the fishes immune system.
As far as foods for your blue streak cleaner wrasse, mine likes to eat mysis, cyclop sp., and formula 1 and 2 flake food. It won't eat the pellets though cuz I think even the small pellets are too big.They're mouths are pretty tiny so I think that's a possible reason they don't take too anything.
I may have gotten lucky as mine is a little pot bellied piggy... He'll eat tons of flake food.

Although they dont get rid of all parasites its still cool as hell watching fish work on each other and interact. I have two cleaner shrimps that hang upside down in there cave and whenever a fish swims in for a clean both of them double team its pretty sweet! I think im going to get a couple neon gobies and a pair of cleaner wrasses. after i get rid of that 6 line......
