You can build and install the simple light hanger attached to the stand from the bsck

Like mine
Very clean! I like it. Is yours wood or metal? My only concern is how would I attach it to the stand. The wood of these stands aren't always the best to screw stuff on

Conduit Pipes or Wood hangers
then paint them
My question is I guess how to mount them on the stand as i don't feel too confident the wood is good enough to hold stuff that is screwed on

Yeah you'll probably want to go with bolts, nuts and washers for the press board. It won't hold screws well at all.

I used conduit on my cube. It was easy and light weight. I bent my 90s in the home Depot isle before I bought the pipe.

If you don't do it to your liking you can just put em back and try again with fresh pipes great thinking lol

So thanks to you punks posting these gorgeous pics of your reefs and me showing wifey at least half of everything I see, she said let's do one together and i answered without even thinking "YES!". Done very minimal but can already see its going to probably be mostly me. We'll see what happens. I tried a reef tank some years back but what a noob. Adding things to the water, not testing for the things I was adding. Heck I would mix kalk and add the entire milky water instantly into the tank. Used an old hydrometer that later found out was completely offff. Welp, not that much brighter on the topic of corals but a little more knowledge and now with this community to be able to ask a million questions to... well let's just see what happens.

Nice,
Your built reminds me about my old 28 gallon. The stand can only fit 5 gallon container for autotopoff.
