Not apex. He's using an aqua controller. They run DC8's or HDDC4's

Huh?? I never said it was it was an apex!! I even clarified and said it wasNT an apex, and it was an AC JR. but had display unit, pH port, and ethernet port, Neptunes Aqua Controller Jr. You said good, you already had a dc4, so it should work fine! Let me know if you need any help trouble shooting it.

the dc4 will work with that unit no problem its the dip switch you have to play with try to go all upp or all down

I think its the dc4 that's busted. I have tried every combo. The display its good rukis showed me how to set it up and and how to calibrate.

The Direct Connects are really hard to get ur hands on these days. Basically need to know people looking to upgrade to apex. Maybe try contacting Neptune to see if they can recommend a place that can fix urs. I might upgrade to apex here soon and have a DC8 and DC4HD I might let one of them go.

i have 2 set of the control with dc8 and 4
bring it along with you when you come pick up the skimmer and return pump. i will take a look at it. if i knew it was a ac jr you could of had mines
