Did I get a faulty chiller?

I would blow the whole thing out with an air compressor and try again. Also make sure the air filters are clean if it has them

It's working ok but these past few hot days it still goes up to 81-83 during midday with room temps at about 90. Mornings and nights will go down to 78. May need to run vinegar through it and blow the back fins with compressed air.
