Thanks gentlemen

No lie I’m kind of worried I went a little to high on the Eurobrace. I know it’s structurally ok on the height. But this tank originally had a flush Eurobrace and the thing I don’t like about flash Eurobrace is that the water will just roll off and down the sides when you spill. But with a recessed euro you have that lip that will stop water from rolling down the side. I’m not sure if I went low enough. Granted the 1/8” to 3/16” I did is better then nothing.
What do you guys think am I over thinking this?

Bought a new piece of wood and replaced the top from the old stand. Also sanded off all the old varnish. Still need to do a lot more sanding with finer grit discs. But I’m sure glad I bought the sander and all the sanding discs.

I never bothered to look at my 180 feet. How do you go about mounting them weld nuts into the tubing or what?

So when Goober welded the stand he welded reinforced spots to place the leveler feel. I drilled the holes now I’m waiting on the tap kit to be delivered so I can tap threads into the metal.

So I got the side access door holes cut out today.

FYI it’s upside down. Makes it a bit easier to work on walls by having it upside down.

Got a little more done today. Cleaned all the oils off the steel stand and sanded any rust and blemishes off. Then wiped down again with a microfiber cloth and painted the metal with one coat of bed liner paint
