What's the black tube for going down the stand pipe of the skimmer?

Its the power cord. The depth is at 7in. I remember you saying you put your breaking point around the atb sticker area so that is what I have done. Just turn it on today so will wait a couple more days and see

So i found another way to kill off the majano on rock. I take a rock with alot of them on it and put them in bucket with hot water and let it set for 15 min. bam bam all gone. It kinda suck cause i kill my coral line as well. You guys think this is a safe menthod????

As long as you do it outside.. Wouldn't want those fumes in the house, to be on the safe side .

Well i decided to turn my frag tank into a shallow reef. I always like tank with rock and sand anyway.
