I don't think the gfo, ecobak in the world will outcompete all the gunk that is most likely in your tap water.

The rodi comment was for danagui... figured he had one of those by now.

We've all been there, definitely stop using tap water.

That needs to tumble in the reactor pretty good, like up and over itself inside the reactor. How big is your tank and how many mls is that?

The water machines are hit and miss... I just can't imagine they change the filters when they are supposed to still yet even when new what the TDS is. Do you have a LFS that is near you, that would be your best option if you don't want to make your own.

Be surprised on the Tds readings on water machines. Remember if it's for human consumption so 30tds is ideal for human water consulting as we need minerals in our water for just about everything in our bodies

If you have a Milwaukee Tds hand held meter or equal, test it. I mean if you start with crap water what is the point of loading up gfo or whatever other media? I know it would sort of help but man there's gotta be a better way.

The LFS is half a mile directly across from my house. There's just a dirt lot thatvi can walk thru separating us but it's double the price and I have to pay tax on it 2. Let's not forget im 16 and have a truck that gets 13-15 mpg

i feel u man....and @Beanmachine i sell a decent amount of stuff but i could care less about the RODI because all my stuff seems happy...plus i have no where to set it up with my parents on my back constantly about this hobby....so its not like i'd be down to try it just that its a bit more complicated....hopefully i can figure something out with toromp's help
