This guy has been in our office tank for about 8 months, our tank service guy brought him in as a "two spot wrasse", he's about 2.5" long. Is this what they look like when theirs really small or could it be something else?

Thanx in advance.

Almost looks like the Cuban Hogfish's shape. But ya that's definitely a rare looking wrasse. Nice find looks like a 1500$ on live aquaria fish

Thanx guys! He's really interesting, shy, ambush hunter, likes to hangout under our RBTA, pulsing xenia, and other softies. Just kind of floats at a 45 degree angle. Prefers meaty foods but will go for nori too. He's all over our 220g depending on the time of day.
