4 bulb 30" Aquaticlife T5. Light purchased brand new September 2015. No hanging stuff included but I do have the legs for it. great condition.
Comes with 24w ATI Bulbs (1 coral +, 2 blue + and
1 purple) ATI bulbs installed October 17 2015. Ran blue+ 2pm to 10 pm and all together from 4pm to 8pm. still plenty of life in them.
I also still have the brand new bulbs that came with the unit.

Hydor slim skim nano. I got it used. replaced the airline. Skimmer cup doesn't have an o ring. I used a rubber band and it works just fine. Decided to try skimmer less again. $40
