My tank WAS overtaken by hair algae of the worse kind so I bought 7 sea hares.. 4 of those were the Indonesian Alien Eyes and ALL died :-(.. fortunately 3 were the regular green ones and were super hardy and they tore through my tank and ate 95% of hair algae...

.. unfortunately, they're running outta food so as much as I want to keep 'em forever, i gotta find 2 of them new lush fields of hair algae...

loose frags but never seen plugged ones flipped by these guys.. they're very passive about it, surprisingly! the eat around the frag and seldom try to get underneath at things.. Unlike those gosh darn troublemakers turbo snails!!

by loose i mean those round 1.25 ones or square ones that doesnt have a stem to secure themselves onto a rack or hole in a rock. And thats only with those are sitting at the edge of a rack. otherwise they just graze over it
