I picked this bad boy up from steveohhh a few weeks back. finally got around to setting it up and it has to much of a spotlight affect for my 3'x2' tank but is SUPER bright in that area. so I'm passing along the deal I picked it up for, as its only fair.

fixture good as new, according to steve was only used for about 4 shows. I had it up for about 2 hours today. I picked this up from steve for $50, but i'm asking for a bit more but see below why.

this morning I ordered the tempered glass from marine depot as I have a habit of bumping fixtures and getting burnt. the glass cost me $22 shipped and will be here tomorrow. I have also made a bracket and painted it with black brake caliper paint for a R2 lunar light (R2 NOT INCLUDED) that bolts onto the fixture and requires no additional mods. could easily be adapted to hold another lunarlight.

so what I'm asking for this complete setup is $85, that covers the purchase price [50], the new glass [22], and the paint and material for the lunar bracket. just want to cover my costs since this isn't working for me, not trying to make anything. WILL NOT SHIP because of the glass. will not partout

pickup in 90501 (torrance, near 405/110 interchange). i will be at MAX friday volunteering for setup and can bring if paypaled in full, fees covered. unsure of sat/sunday at MAX, depends on raffle prizes. :fisheye:

edit: also comes with your choice of PFO or SLS (assume thats what it is) ballast plug. Ballast not included

again... R2 lunarlight NOT included. thanks for looking

to the top. trades I'll consider.......

1) NEW RO membrane and housing (90gpd) so I can piggyback to double my output (must be a good brand)
2) NEW RKL
3) CASH

not interested in any other trades at this time.

Will a 250 watt blue wave 1 ballast work with this? Do you have any pictures showing the spread over your tank? Mine is 30x30x20. Thanks.

thanks steve. i had it about 2' above my 24"x36" shallow tank only for about 2 hours so I don't have any pics. for me and my lps tank its overkill and I like the more 'spreadout' lighting i get from the pfo parabola. this would work great over a cube or similar.........hmmmmmm maybe I'll get a cube. lol

right now it has a PFO ballast connector, but I can change the cord back to the SLS.

i could, but it wouldnt be easy, as I only have one bulb/ballast, and if you decided u wanted the sls cord I'd have to rewire it as my ballast is pfo. (sorry 4 late reply I'm horrible about checking threads i make)

so I still have this people. PM me please
