I was going to congratulate you at the meeting but I have a policy whereby I WILL NOT congratulate a woman on her pregnancy unless she EXPLICITLY mentions she is pregnant. Seriously, I could be in the presence of a woman in her 42nd week while in a delivery room with her on the bed and I WILL NOT say anything unless she explicitly says, "I'm pregnant", lol. I've seen too many knuckleheads make that mistake only to find out the lady in question was not pregnant...swore to myself it would never be me...
