Been messing around cutting out teeth and figured table saw is the easiest to use for this. The black acrylic is for my wife's diy nano tank given to me by Smite uploadfromtaptalk1410025424782.jpg

I'm using small scrap pieces to practice so the lines aren't completely straight. I'll have more fencing with guides and clamps when I work on the actual tank

scribed, I'm totally interested in making a tank as well. Maybe you can point me in the right direction for obtaining acrylic?

So I scrapped the edges on my back and front end. They appear very smooth and straight. Missing my 2 side panels because the acrylic company miscalculated my measurements and gave me more scrap peices than I need uploadfromtaptalk1410037952364.jpg

Well teeth are cut and return holes drilled. I'm going with 2 x 3/4" returns.
I'm debating whether I want to go with 1 x 1.5" drain with a 1" drain as emergency or just go with 2 x 1" drains. I'll have some time to work on the external box tomorrow. Gluing should start most likely monday
