I moved 90 gal to moms noticed it was dripping from bulkhead back into sump(no big deal)
I tried to tighten it & it started pissing everywhere!Bulk head will not loosen either as the threads are messed up!!!
Had to drain past overflow & leave tank with just a power head & air pump
I put air line in the wp40 for the night
I have to work at 5am.
Think thing will live till Tomm?
What should/can I do to get this bulkhead off without damaging tank?

Make sure there's flow in there.

I have an extra 1.5" & .75" bulkhead if that helps. You probably need to remove it and either replace the whole bulkhead or the gasket.

Oh it will loosen up...just need some elbow grease and a proper size wrench with a good grip. Happened to me once with a bulkhead on my sump.

I don't have bulkhead until Tomm.
After work hit up tongs (I guess)
I left wp40 on wave1
With a air hose attached to wp40

Worried about corals & fish!
Already look like crap from the move

Since you're most likely to be at work now and not able to see this. Anyway, wrap a rag around it, salt creep may seal it if it's only a drip. But sounds like you made it worse. Soo....

Just use a dremmel with a cutoff wheel to remove bulkhead nut. Just cut one side of nut and it will come off. I've done this plenty of times and works every time.

All good
I bought bulkhead & slip/barbed adapter
Glued them & then found pipe wrench I turned the wrong way and leak stopped.
Amazing what having the right tool does.
So got a glued 1.5" drain & adapter
F/s lol
