How do you dip your corals when you run out of lugols

Is there a way to dip a coral without lugol, Me being a not so smart guy forgot to check n see if I had any left before I got a new acan. Is there any other way I can do a dip?

oh yeah. Bayer and its better than lugols for pest control. Just run over to home depot. Make sure to read the thread mentioned above though. That stuff is potent on people

Lol... I'll do a double dip in saltwater to make sure.

Lugols doesn't kill pests FYI.

So if all u ever do is dip with Lugols, ur already a dirty pirate.

Yea lugols is useles .....well It does irritate the hell out if ur corals lol. Go with Bayer works very well.

Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer Soil and Turf Concentrate
10ml in 250ml tank water for 10 min
Rinsed in 2 different cups of tank water before they were placed in the tank.

No I did not. I didn't have time to drive an hour just to go to home depot that day.
