So I finally got some time to spend on the computer, so I thought I'd share my new tank & have a thread on the upgrade. I ordered a 190 gal Lee-Mar tank with an 8" x 6" overflow box on the left side with one 1 1/2" drain & two small braces instead of one big one in the middle, 36" tall Dark Espresso stand & canopy.aqulove

60" x 30" x 24"

Sweet aquarium! I love the dimensions. What type of glass standard or starfire? What type of equipment you looking at running?

Thanks everyone! Standard glass don't care much for starfire, as clean as I keep my tank people actually think it is a starfire tank. As for equip I will be using a Mag 12 for my return, MP60w & a MP40w for flow, I'm going with a Calcium Reactor so I got the Reef Octopus S CR-140 w/a Milwaukee Smart pH controller. For skimmer I'm going with the Bubble King Supermarine 250 but for now I'm just using my BK Mini 200, got to save!! As for my lighting using the same one's from the 90gal I broke down but added one more so it will be 3 Cayman Sun 250w DE MH for now. I will be doing homework on different reflectors since the Caymans are only 12" x 12", thinking of the LumenMax it's 22.5" x 22.5" any opinions?

+4 on the dimensions; great skimmer too, dang. FWIW I would definitely go with Lumen Max reflectors--I don't run halide's any more but reflector is key imo and Lumen is a great product.

Here we go pic's of 60gal custom sump & 10gal refugium.

The middle chamber is for a cryptic zone live rock, sponges, feather dusters etc. Right side chamber for return pump, Eshopps top off float valve. Refugium on floor still, waiting on stand to dry.

Left side chamber for drain sock, skimmer, refugium pump Maxijet 1200 & phosphate reactor pump maxijet 400.

Here it is almost ready for sand, rock, & water, refugium on stand & drain all ready. I have 200 lbs of Caribsea Arag-Alive Bahamas Oolite for the main tank & adding 200 lbs of live rock. I will have around 300 + lbs of live rock with the rock I pull out of the tank I'm breaking down. The refugium will get a 20 lb bag of Caribsea Arag-Alive as well with 20 lbs of live rock.

Put in the 200 lbs of live sand & about 250 lbs of live rock, added about 130gal of new saltwater & about 40gal of saltwater from my old system to help cycle the new tank. I got my return pump semi plumbed for now just to get the tank cycling. Added a few lbs of live rock to the cryptic zone that were seeded with different sponges & feather dusters & added the 20 lbs of live sand to the refugium. Used a regular 10gal tank light hood with 2 10w 6500k compact fluorescent bulbs for the refugium lighting.
