White would make every little bit of algae stick out like a sore thumb. I painted my current tank. I used a latex based deep blue. It will look lighter through the water and tank panels so keep that in mind. Oh one other thing...

I'M LOOKING TO PAINT THE BACK OF MY GLASS TANK THAT PRETTY BLUE COLOR THAT THEY USE ON THE ACYRLIC TANKS.

HAS ANYONE DONE THIS LATELY ? WHAT TYPE AND COLOR OF PAINT DO i USE ? ANY TIPS?
I say blue or black, as long as you dont use all CAPS any more...

go to a print supply shop or where they do vinyl decal stickers and buy some vinyl... stick it to the back...

Yep I agree with gums. Sometimes for whatever reason you may want to see the back and then you don't have to bust out the razor. I have seen people use dark felt with Velcro.

+1 on the Vinyl idea. Its easy to do and if you want to take it off later it is much easier. That being said, mines spray can painted black
