Ok stupid me didn't qt a fish and boom ich it spread now to my sail-fin bad. I tried to catch him but no luck. I have some ich attack and prazipro. I just ordered a fish trap from brs along with some other stuff. Cause the DIY trap didn't work and is to small. I'm just going to catch everyone and put them in a few qt to not stress them out to much. But in the mean time wile I'm waiting for the trap will any of the treatments above work? I feel so bad for my fish I've had him for almost a year and he's my photo bomber that's his name lol. I don't want to lose him or any other fish please help. Thank you.

Is ir ich or is the fish just stress thats the first thing you need to look at.
Secound if its ich and the fish is eating try Chance of Coral ask adrock to sale you his cocktail for ich.
And last if its all over try draining the water as much as you can so the fish have less space to swim then try to get it out

that's a load of poppycock copper is good but think about you have to run a fine line of poisoning the parasite and not the fish copper can be dangerous and you cant always get the fish out of the tank and or you have a reef tank c'mon Jesse the metronidazole has been around since the late 60's and used on fish raised for food . there are more than one way to skin a parasite hahaha

Robert's mixture worked well for my blue tang, but ultimately, that guy is just a finicky fish. it's been in my tank for over 8 months now, and every couple weeks, i'll see a spot or two on him, and then it'll go away in another week.
when it was really bad, it had spots ALL over it, and one of the eyes was completely clouded over.
throughout the episodes though, the fish ate like a pig.
i think that's the biggest thing, as long as it's still eating, don't try to trap it, it'll just stress it out some more.
