Yup sure did it's called focus, also added garlic, also that doesn't kill ick it only calms it down copper is the only ick killer hands down!

yeah sorry it does work I have used it for almost ten yrs and had more than 95% success rate , maybe u caught it to late , like the infection was to severe there are a few factors but I wonder why it didn't work for you how long did you feed it for

you could of used copper and not been successful the same way you claim metro doesn't work its a two way street where there are many variables that come into play to say metro or copper doesn't work

I thinks it was to late, but then used copper and walla very health. Also the only way copper doesnt work is if the fish is already dying, but if thats the case nothing will work.

I think what Jesse means is that it doesn't completely cure it. If you have ich in your tank, you'll always have it in there (just not always a break out) and if your critter's get stressed, they could get it.

From my reading, the tank transfer method is the most effective way to eradicate ich from a fish. Along with leaving your display fallow for 8 weeks+.

my fish crazy friends are doing it for the longest time but icK still come back despite of his super strict method, for over 10 years of doing this, nothing is 100% method can eliminate ick from my experience and i try them all TT, ozone, hypo salinity, CP, UV, quinine sulfate and other medication ...
you can control it but you can't eliminate it all together.

my main tank is fallow again but i am going back to basic with copper and prazipro for 8 weeks while the main tank remain is fallow if ick shows up then it shows up....

I think jesse is on that 5% that it did not work the good part is the the rest of us are in the 95%
the cocktail works only in the early stages so its good to have it and put it on the food every so often.

Sorry for the late response but I was able to get the sailfin and yellow tang out I think he wanted out cause he just let me kinda catch him. And I'll stop by this weekend adrock when I get a chance. I have a trap coming and will just catch them all in time and try that cocktail out in the mean time to help the outsome. Thanks everyone for give helpful advice

Well I lost an anthius and my blond naso probably won't make it through the night :-( 3 fish left in the tank Clark Mel and anthius could not catch them but the trap should be here soon.
