i am currently running an ai vega color on my 22 gallon mixed reef. i want to stick it into an enclosure with 2 t5ho bulbs. i tried to stick it inside my 4 bulb 2 feet t5ho fixture but it only left room for one bulb. so im looking for ideas on what i could use as a housing in which i can put my ai vega color in and run 2 t5ho bulbs. either a diy fixture or an old t5ho housing. trying to copy juan basically. it cant be more then 2 feet long. any ideas are appreciated.

Tony at OCreefmadness has a guy that makes acrylic boxes for LEDs T5s if you want something stylish and still have the option to hang it

I have a friend who's not very handy that made a canopy out of wood and then glued pieces of acrylic that he had a plastic shop cut for him. It came out really nice.

You're welcome. So what did I win? haha. Since this acrylic box won't be holding any water, you won't have to go nuts with weldon and such. simply using household super glue would suffice.

You'll need to find a metal halide/t5 fixture if you plan to modify it. At least if you want it to fit evenly with an AI led fixture
