John at AA

i've heard alot of bad rep about John being flakey and what not and i've been in need of a prefilter box for my new shallow build and Ron suggested i go to AA....i was skeptical at first given the multiple bad feedback i've seen but i decided what the hell? who else could i really go to? lol....so i emailed John on 3/14 at 11pm and he replied back within 20 minutes....i told him what i needed and the dims and what not...he gave me the price and i paypaled him on the 15th...he said i would have the box at my house on 3/20....well, John emails me today and says that he doesnt want to ship it since i live so close so he hand delivered it to me...i wasnt home at the time but when i got home i found the little package waiting for me....must say im impressed! awesome craftsmanship and customer service

I ordered a frag tank from him about a month ago and it was on my doorstep in just a couple days. Very fast, high quality work, and a great deal.
I've heard some some of the same negatives and I'm not doubting their credibility, but my experience with him was great!.

I had great success as well. Promised a tank in a certain amount of time and was right on the money. Even through in some extra work at no charge. I can say I would order again in a heartbeat with no hesitation.

I agree... I email or text him and he replies right away. I've had nothing but good experiences with him. I am sorry to those who have been less fortunate.

So far I've purchased a total of 4 tanks and a sump from them. Only have good things to say about A. Acrylics!!!

Maybe cash at delivery should be practiced. I mean if thats what it takes, just tell him why. He did a sweet job on my sump!

I will post pics this weekend of SCRK's new 4x2x10 3/4" Thick, dual overflows and returns, all in one frag tank. Its really nice. No problems with the order.
