Koralia 425 Nano covers constantly breaking?!?

Anyone else have an issue with the covers breaking on the nano 425gph Koralia powerheads? They break in the same spot every time (one of the little plastic arms that go from the center to the outside edge). They are good about replacing them when you send them an e-mail but it's really annoying and my tank isn't getting the proper flow when they break (makes them run backwards when restarting). The last time I replaced them I heard a clicking sound each time they would turn on. Is there a chance they will replace them altogether?

check your impeller bushing. its probably shot. If ever, just have the power head constant on to prevent it from going into reverse using a controller. I have my 425 in my tank over a year with no issues. I have it going on/off every 30secs.
