I harassed them about it (have 2) they don't seem to be in any hurry to do any updates, they can't even explain why the fans allways stay on unless manually powering off unit. They seem more interested in sales than tech talk , I'm disappointed too. On a side note eco tech radion gen4's still has disco ball effect to me, colors still don't blend well( dense matrix shimmer ---only reason I still love kessil )

Yeah, really sucks they're not taking the app seriously. And I'm surprised at the G4 disco. Everyone said it would improve color blending. Go figure!
