Who here keeps em? Can they be pruned? Mine have grown from one leaf to this in a year... lol

Interested in mangrove process... I know that is a natural way to lower nitrates... How do you setup tank... I.e. Plumbing and planting... Other benefits that it may add over other plants or algae... And of course pruning

Plumbing is the same as any other tank. i added sand and put their roots in there. They are in the fuge area. They do nutrient export but wanna try an algea scrubber.

I have an upflow I made. It's 12x12x12. You can borrow it to try if you want. Has an 8-3w Cree led.

Ya I'll get a pic when I get home. No reason, it actually grew a lot of hair algae, I just didn't have the need to reduce nutrients. I haven't done a water change in a year with 3 tangs and my nitrates are less then 10. Probably the 5" sand bed.

Oh, you need more tangs haha I have 5 tangs wanna add 2 more then I'd be happy :D
