Masked Rabbitfish - Siganus puellus

This guy is my favorite but this tank is just too small, and I do not have a skimmer. I've had him for about 2 years now, he will eat dry seaweed, caulerpa, and I've even seen him eat bubble algae. Just a warning though, he will also eat mushrooms and some other types of soft corals. He will not touch hard corals though.
Ill give him up for 20$, but I'm also willing to trade for corals, I prefer anything that is not brown or tan colored.:becky:

Interested, is he a polp or LPS muncher? Have a good size home for him but don't want to loose some corals.

This guy would be welcome to eat all the mushrooms he can eat. How is he with blastos and zoas?

I did notice the teeth but didn't realize they were potential coral munchers. I had 2 of them before and also one of my favorite

SOrry for late reply, I'm glad he ate my mushrooms because they were so weedy but I don't have any other type of polyps so I cannot say but assume he will eat anything like them. I has Green star polyps, he left those alone. I don't know if they all eat softies or just this guy because i have heard of powder blue tangs eating zoanthids because they were never fed.

he is just about 6 inches, hard to measure because moves so much.
