You can’t attach the line to Pvc or something and run it down one way?

No I can’t unfortunately. The access point I need is right in front of that closet railing. I need to be able to get up into the crawl space drill the hole, pull the line, and then fish outside through that vent. I’m going to have a secondary access hatch cut into the ceiling past the truss in the future and I’ll run the line outside then.

I had the same problem here, cant get writh in 12-15’ of the tank wall. Extra access will be nice for future too. Otherwise you might be able to pull it off with some electrical fish sticks and a flex bit?

So I had to look up electrical fish sticks 😂
Yeah something like that might work, but having the space for access is going to be key because once I fill her up I won’t be able to get into the current crawl space access point.

Also 2 of the Vortechs slipped when I went 100% for tidal swell mode. Not happy about it, but not the end of the world I guess.

Well she’s up and running. Added a couple of media reactors as well. Was going to change the plumbing color but then I realized it was 3x the cost of what I paid for the reactors themselves.

Let me know when you see it.

Would have been a disaster had I had livestock in the tank. I am surprised at the drop in PH along with the increase of ORP and Salinity in relation to what happened.

Ok, that's too bad, but good you won't have a controller issue that might come back when you have livestock in it. I do run a second temp sensor off a PM module so if one goes erratic (usually you can tell by looking at graph) you can edit your program to follow other temp sensor. I also have my heater program,
If Tmp < 77.0 Then ON
If Tmp > 77.9 Then OFF
If Tmp < 70.0 Then OFF
Similar fail safe in my chiller program with alerts text and email when it's out of range.
If there is a prolonged power outage and temps do get that far out of the normal range, you will have to over ride the heater/chiller to come back online as needed. I have had a few temp sensor fail and was able to catch it. One on my ReefKeeper and another on my AquaControler3 back in the day.

I thought you could only select one temp sensor per heater. I’ll have to look into how to program the heaters to both sensors.
