the sump is about 25 ft away from my aquarium. I am running an Iwaki 70rlt pump through 2 Nu-clear filters. one is 100 mil and the other is 25 mil. from the filter it runs through a 1/2 hp chiller. then into 2 return lines into the thank. Everything was moved outside because with just the water flow into a regular sump the noise and heat was uncomfortable.
