So after being out of the game for a long time I decided to build another tank. I have had every size tank from a 12 to 150 gallon. I've always loved the way cube tanks look so I picked up a 24x24x24. Found a nice tank with a rock wall on the back(another thing I always wanted to try but never did). The first problem I'm running into is the sump space. I want to do a DIY style sump for cost reasons so I'm kinda stuck with a 10 gallon tank for the sump. There is enough room to have a sock ,skimmer and return pump but that's about all. I am thinking of making a fuge or algee scrubber and fit it above the sump in the stand but it will have to be pretty small. This will also be the first tank that I will have a ATO running. Not sure why I've never had one before there a great help in keeping you salinity level stable. I have no plans for the livestock yet guess I'll just play that by ear. I'll get some pictures up and a list of the equipment when I have it all together. Wish me me luck!

That looks exactly like mine, kudos dude!
soooo, I had a question about cube tanks.. Im trying to put one together and it's a cube like urs, it has a like a bunch of very very minor scratches towards the top of the tank... Should i try to buff it out or should I just keep it as it is?

most scratches disappear when you put water in the tank. It depends on how deep they are

I'm hoping I can get the rest of the plumbing taken care of tomorrow. I want to do some work to the rock wall in the back of the tank by adding some ledge type rocks to give it more of a 3D look. Then live rock and canopy build. If any body has a canopy for a 60 cube laying around please let me know.
