Going to have to call them tomorrow, it seems my board is going bad.

I took it apart and found the issue. I think a solder is loose.

I tried duct tape as well as a zip tie and cotton to keep pressure on it but that just caused a bigger short lol.

I sent an email to AI last night with the pictures and movie and they got back to me this morning saying they were going to express me a new control board.

I know Kevin (Kajunk2k) already has 2 or 3 of them on his tank. He already has PAR readings on them as well.

If u like it, would u switch out all ur AIs?

No, they won't work on my tank since its 30" deep. The sols have better penetration.

Take lots of pics of the vega on your tank! I am thinking about getting one in the near future.

Just do yourself a favor.

Recipe for AI's follows;

1) clean work area

2) large 12-18lb Sledge Hammer

3) Put said Unit on the clean surface area.

4) Smash it to bits

5) Clean up the mess and go and buy T5's and or Metal Halides.

6) "your welcome."
