The left side is where fuge is but it doesnt have the baffles just really tall wall teeth

Yea that's right. Right side is skimmer and sock, center return and left side fuge. You have to split to plumbing from the drains so that some goes to your sock and some to your fuge. Put a valve on the drain into the fuge so you can turn it down if its too fast.

It will just trickle over the teeth. Thats why you want a valve to make sure the flow is slow. Plus slow flow in the fuge is better so your macro can absorb the nutrients better.

Don't understand the question. Are you talking about a durso pipe for the drain and a ball valve for the return? Other than that it goes by size

No just the bulkheads is the return and drain the same bulkheads? Or they have different names.. I've always gotten mt previous setups with bulkheads so yeah learning curve on bulkheadd here

Depends on how you setup your drain/return. You will want either slip or threaded or a combo of both. All depends on the plumbing
