My new pico 5 gal

My dauther she like the hobie and i decide give shes first tank. (5 gal pico ). I dont have experience whit small tanks. Any information can helps. Like how many fish can have. What is the reseirvo water. And if need lid to evaporation or. Any information about filtration please

I would do 1-2 fish for now. I wouldn't worry about a lid unless you get fish that jump. I wouldn't put one on a nice tank like that. Top off the evaporation with fresh water only. Use ro/di water. It makes a difference. Keep the husbandry up and I think you'll do fine. Good luck.

Be careful with the heat. I had a 8 gals and in summer the temperature is up in the 80s so watch out. Good luck
