AquaticLife is a small family-owned company that manufactures an assortment of consumer-use Aquarium Products that are sold through distributors and retailers throughout North
America.

Our Customer Service Representatives assist customers by answering product questions and trouble-shooting as needed. AquaticLife will train the individual for the position, so no experience is required. However, an outgoing personality and technical mindset is helpful.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Receives customers requests by email and telephone, provides requested information or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper individual
Resolves customer questions related to products
Takes orders from customers over the phone when needed
Responds to customer requests via telephone, and email
Ensures current knowledge of product lines, prices and delivery times
Handles all warranty questions in a timely manner
Enters sales and warranty orders into the Microsoft GP software
Book credit card transactions as needed
Maintains current and accurate notes on customers in the database
Assists with content for the company social media sites on a weekly basis

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed
Ability to multi-task
Ability to use good judgment and act with poise and tact in the face of challenging situations and/or people

COMPUTER SKILLS
MS Word and Excel preferred
