Need help with new sump

So since im a week or 2 away from getting my new tank, im still having trouble finding a custom sump builder. I will not use AA again due to their very poor customer service. I've been looking around and emails haven't been answered by many "builders". Anyone know of any good builders out there that have direct contact numbers? Customer service and quick replies are key to earning my business. LMK what you guys have thanks!

Have someone get a hold of John from AA for you. 80% of my tanks and sumps were all from AA and I was fortunate to not run into any issues at all.

I've had nothing but great experiences with John at AA. Always picks up the phone or calls me back and does the same for emails. When I had a issue trying to figure out what todo when I upgraded my pump and did not fit. He spent some time on the on the phone with me brain storming ideas and priced me a new sump if I wanted to go that route.

All kidding aside, locally hell be the only person to go with. Maybe you can co thru me and get the results you want.

I've dealt with him in the past and had no issues. But the last transaction was all I needed to take my business elsewhere. Again I'm not dealing with aa so if anyone has any other suggestions feel free to chime in. Aa won't receive another penny from me. Thanks

If your not getting replies and you don't want to go with AA then my suggestion would be build it yourself. I've been thinking about doing a DIY acrylic sump for myself sometime. Looks like it would be really easy to do if you take it slow.

This is the other place I can think of http://www.302aquatics.net/contact, might have to go with AA and just have a vendor order for you so you don't have to deal with them... or glass sump with fujimoto.

What size sump? I didn't know the companies you listed made custom sumps. Synergy, Trigger, etc make pre fab sumps. The Synergy sumps are nice though if you don't need it custom.

They customize their prefab sumps. I might just go with a standard sump at this point without a display refugium
